Warranty Period
All watches come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers the following:
- Any manufacturing defect in the watch movement
- The watch stopping due to a manufacturing fault
- Issues with movement mechanism
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Breakage or scratches resulting from use
- Water damage unless the watch is water-resistant and used within the stated limits
- Battery wear or normal battery depletion
- Damage caused by drops, shocks, or impact
- Any repair attempt or opening of the watch outside our service center
How to Claim the Warranty
If you experience any issue, please contact our customer service team and provide:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
- The purchase date
The watch will be inspected, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will be repaired or replaced depending on the case.
Inspection & Processing Time
Inspection and repair procedures typically take 3 to 7 business days.
Important Notes
- The warranty is valid only with the purchase invoice or order number
- The warranty is non-transferable
- The store reserves the right to replace the product with a similar item if the same model is unavailable
